鮮度を長持ちさせる業務用冷蔵システムやCO2をカットし大幅なコスト削減を可能にする空調機器などを世界中に発信するとともに、
沖縄のさらなる発展に貢献することを目指します。
Umiyama Shachu is focused in Freshness Preservation System, LED/Air-Conditioner, cold/refrigerated storage warehouses and frozen ready to eat meals.
We wish to broaden our commercial refrigerated system for preserving the freshness and the efficient air-conditioning equipment which enable to cut both CO2 and power consumption to reduce operating costs globally.
We contribute to further development of Okinawa.
Freshness Preservation System DENBA（鮮度保持装置）
当社は革新的な食材の鮮度保持、冷凍、解凍技術を世界中に提供しているDENBA＋の商品を取り扱っております。設備を一新せずに後付設置するだけで使用できる鮮度保持装置など、世界中のあらゆる環境で 導入しやすいシステムを多数とりそろえております。
Umiyama Shachu utilizes DENBA+ products and technologies to preserve the freshness of fresh and frozen foods without damaging its cells and reducing blood/liquid loss while thawing. This is achieved using activated cells and unique wavelengths systems of DENBA+.
This can be achieved by utilizing existing fridge/freezer units which are simple to install and suitable for every environment around the world.
Air-Conditioner/Other 空調機器・Other
空調電力の大幅なコスト削減を実現する業務用空調フィルター「α-HT」を取り扱っております。お使いの冷媒管に取り付けるだけでメンテナンスも不要。
電力消費量の40％以上を占めるとも言われている空調の省エネを推進することで、環境に配慮することにもつながります。
"α-HT" system is a product which enables the commercial air-conditioning units to operate with higher efficiency which enables to lower running cost. This is achieved by reducing the load of the compressor to achieve the set temperature. Other benefits of the “α-HT” is that it does not require separate power source and no maintenance.
Air-conditioning power accounts for more than 40% of the power consumption. Reducing its running cost would be significant to a business and help to reduce the impact on the environment.

Cold/Refrigerated Storage Warehouse 冷凍・冷蔵倉庫
弊社はスリランカにて冷凍冷蔵倉庫建設プロジェクトを主導しています。
スリランカは豊富な水産資源や農産資源を有していながら、その保管や物流の問題により、その資源を生かし切れていませんでした。
そこで弊社はスリランカに冷凍冷蔵倉庫を建設し、スリランカの地域経済に貢献するとともに、その冷凍冷蔵倉庫に最先端の技術を導入し地球環境にも配慮したプロジェクトを行っております。Umiyama shachu leads the project which constructs the cold/refrigerated storage warehouses in Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka has a great deal of marine and agricultural resources. However, they can’t utilize these resources to the fullest due to lack of sufficient storage and logistics.
So, we construct the cold/refrigerated storage warehouse using the latest and most advanced technologies that is beneficial to environment whilst achieving Sri Lanka’s goal of maximizing their resources. -

安心・安全な産地からとれた食材を用いた食品で、栄養バランスのとれた食生活を支えます。We produce "ready to eat" frozen meals with flavors from Europe. We use only the fresh and safe ingredients sourced from trustworthy regions. Our ready to eat meals have balanced nutrients to promote healthy eating/living.
